We cannot ship to standard PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or residential forwarding lockers. Because our deliveries involve commercial industrial components and secure, temperature-monitored biological shipments, all buyers must provide a physical business address, commercial laboratory facility, or certified warehouse loading dock, alongside a valid telephone number for the receiving logistics officer.
